Unable to send the emails out in the campaign

Hi,
I've created an email campaign but couldn't send the emails out to the specified target list,don't know why.
The Bounced Campaign Emails,Mass email campaign,Run nightly process Bounced campaign email and run nightly mass email campaigns are set correctly and active;
And the cron.php has also been executed.
How come i still cant send emails out?

And i have read some instructions on how to create an email campaign lately from the sugar online university,at the start date and time of marketing email fields,some notes are:1)To queue the email for campaign launch after that the test email was sucessful,select a date and time that already passed.2)The start date,start time and status selected in the email marketing screen determine when the email is sent.
If the start date and time and status does really determine when the email is sent,how come the emails are not sent?

When its necessary to queue the email?If i want to queue the email,it means i have to select a date and time has already passed,if i had already selected a date and time already passed,when these emails will be sent?I don't quite understand.
So i'm here to look for help.

Hopefully it can be solved soon.

To send your campaign email you must set the outgoing email in Admin.
After setting, go to your email campaign and click the test button. If it works, your problem is the cron 'Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns', otherwise recheck your outgoing mail setting.
To test the cron function, set it to run as often as possible.

If you are sure your settings are right, this may be due to the cron job.
1. set your log level to debug
2. set the scheduler interval as often as possible and the campaign start date as passed time
3. run your cron.php
4. check you log file or verify the status of the schedulers and schedulers_times tables
If there is no error, test the file modules/EmailMan/EmailManDelivery.php
