The same is happening with the contacts.

check your access rights - the webserver-user has to have "write" rights for the "custom" directory, as the field metadata is stored there.

I have created customs fields (check boxes) in Cases and data is not stored when I edit the case. Using 3.01b. There is no point haveing custom fields if they won't store data......Anyone have a solution??
