Add a link in the module line

I'd like to add a link to a specific page (ex : google).
With sugar 5.2, the iframe module allow that but it's deprecated and it don't work anymore.
Do you know how we can add that to the module line or in the sub module line.
The only recent post on the forum for sugar crm 6.0 was http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/f3/su...-iframe-68908/ but with this code, I can only add a link in the top right menu.
(and I don't want to break the current user interface)
I don't require to put the link into an iframe.
I imagine that I can create a specific module for that but it's heavy....

The iFrame on older versions of SugarCRM was replaced by My Sites Dashlet.
