    You can create these two new fields from studio.
    1. login as an admin
    2. Goto administration area
    3. Click on studio link
    4. Choose opportunities module
    5. Go to fields options
    6. Click on new field button
    7. Just fill infos for the field and save, Do the same for your second field.
    8. Return to opportunities selected into studio.
    9. Go to layout options.
    10. Customize editview and detailview to place these two fields in proper place into your form.
    11. You also can customize others layouts as list view and seach view to display your new field in others opportunities screen.

    You can do that through Studio.
    Create the fields;
    Add fields on DetailView and EditView.
