About LinkBacksif I go to history, the "add note or attachment", nothing shows up in the gui. it is added to the database and all required fieds seem populated. Any thoughts on where to start?

You can start by checking the query getting generated for history subpanel > more details Urdhva Tech: Where are the queries?
Execute the query and check if you have result in there?
