Changing the layout of the Cases subpannel

Hello!
How can i change the layout of the Cases subpannel? Bellow of the detailview appears some pannels...i would like to change in the Activities tab the "Create Note or Attachement". Instead of appearing that mini form it should appear the "Full Form". Another option was to know where the code for that mini form was, anda try to edit'it.

modules/Notes/tpls/QuickCreate.php

2) Code for generating button "Create Note or Attachment" located here

include\generic\SugarWidgets\SugarWidgetSubPanelTo pCreateNoteButton.php
