Basically what I am looking for is a module that expands the scope of the sales cycle to include the sales phase prior to the Leads phase. In other words – I would like to implement a ‘Prospects Module’. The new module basically has to supply my telesales crew with call lists and hold data about the contact frequency with which the prospects are to be contacted and much more.

What I would be very satisfied to do is to make a “copy” of the Leads Module, and “rename” it. The Leads Module holds most of the functionality that I need – but I would still like to have the generated leads isolated in the Leads Module. When a lead is generated by telesales – the prospect must be converted to a lead.

The adjustment of the leads module is handled afterwards and is not a part of this request. First of all I need to know if there is a quick way to make a copy of the Leads Module – and rename it.

Do any of you out there know how to make an installable module out of the Leads Module? If you do – please let me know…
