Create a Dashlet chart on Account's Detail View in Sugar Pr 5.0

Hi To all,
Currently i m using Sugar Pro 5.0 i want to Create a new custom chart in dashlet for account module. And i want that dashlet on particular account's Detail view Layout. how to accomplish this plz help me.
