I'm googling the web since monday and coding as mad without any result..

I'm trying to customize the generic dashlet template adding some css classes to some rows in some special cases,
but the best I can obtain is

syntax error: unrecognized tag 'sugar_getimage' 
I've tried creating a custom Dashlet but I'm failing loading the custom template,
that error is showed me whenI enable the error reporting in the custom dashlet class.


I've added MyCustomDashlet inside custom/modules/Cases/Dashlets
there I defined the .php the .meta.php the .data.php and a .tpl file

The .tpl is the very same from the original file [Smarty] Dashlet SUGARCRM - Pastebin.com

Seems like Smarty cannot load properly the plugins
