detailview showing smarty code

Hi,
I installed sugarce 6.5.7 recently. Here is my detailview corrupted and showing smarty code. Another point, this happens only in Accounts and Contacts, other modules are working fine. What might be the reason. thanks

You probably have an error in your Smarty template somewhere. Try looking in source view for a PHP error.

But nothing logged in sugar log file and this is basic installation no customization. Not able to upload logo as well.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to change
'dir_mode' => 504,
'file_mode' => 432,

but no luck. If permission is the problem then how it works for other modules.

It is not unheard of permissions issues to affect only one module but not another.

That being said, did you also chmod -R 755 the cache folder, as well as chown -R <apache_user>.<apache_group> cache? The config.php edits are only part of a potential solution for permissions problems.

Also, how did you install Sugar? Did you use something other than a stack installer or the zip file provided by Sugar on their site?

Permission on the cache and other folders as required. Strange part is for other modules it is working only issue in contacts and accounts.
I installed it from zip file available. I installed another copy and was downgraded to 6.5.5, now this working fine.
