DNC verification for new leads

Is there a DNC verification for the new leads entered both for creating and importing leads. A feature that will enable the system to warn the user that lead being entered is barred by the FCC and for that the system woun't add that new lead into the database. Same goes when importing leads. Also a module for updating the DNC list for bulk entries.

StrikeIron has a DNC (Do Not Call) Web Service API that can be integrated using a cloud connector (other ways as well).
