Email Addess should be mandatory

Hi All

While converting leads ,in contacts module there is an email address(es) which we can multiple address can be added.

I want while converting leads the contacts email address should be mandatory

My CRM version is 5.0 which i am using

If you upgrade your instance to 6.x you can easily customize the Convert Leads layout in order to make Email Address on Contacts panel mandatory.
