I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar issue before.
There are times when I want to find a contact's email that is definitely in the system, yet when I open their record the email address has either been marked as invalid or no longer exists in the system. Disappeared without a trace... I have enabled tracking but with no luck, and we are not using any third party app to sync contacts with SugarCRM. I am using Sugar Professional Version 6.5.13 On-Demand. This has been happening for quite some time (and on older versions as well.) It occurs seemingly at random, and not often, but I estimate we've lost 100+ email addresses by now.
Anyone encountered this bug before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
