    Hi,
    Studio does not shows prospects module to create new attribute (field).
    So you need to add field definition in vardefs, to be upgrade safe create new vardefs.php file in custom/Extension/modules/Prospects/Ext/Vardefs/newfield.php
    copy the field defination from any vardef file of you choise, (say if field type is varchar you can find this defination in every module !)
    add the new column with same fieldname to the prospects table and Quick repair and rebuild and you are done.
    The field will be well handled in set_entry call

    To make readonly field you need to edit defs files,
    Open editviewdefs.php, detailiviewdefs.php and add 'type' => 'readonly' to field defs

    if this not work add

    'displayParams' => array('readOnly' => true)
    to field defs.

    Let me know if this still not work.

    You know if you just want to add target lists to studio all you need to do is create a blank file called studio.php and place it here : /modules/ProspectLists/metadata/studio.php. This will allow you to add/remove fields as normal.
