How to change position of fields in subpanel in detailview without studio

HI everyone,
i can change position of fields of subpanel by studio but when i do some changes on layoutdef.php file it not effect position of fields regard that subpanel.
In below screenshot i wnat to change Name and Account Name position of opportunities subpanel.I want Account name first then name in second column.

You can update the appropriate metadata file in the Subpanel module's metadata/subpanels/ folder. You can find out which one is used by checking the main module's metadata/subpaneldefs.php file and checking the 'subpanel_name' key.
