How to hide sub menu action

Hello everyone,

Here is my problem :



I want to remove/hide the "Create Commercial Proposals" button.

I've create a specific role which doesn't allowed to edit this custom module. When you click the button, you can't create a new "Commercial Proposal" but the button is still visible.

Can someone tell me how to do this ?
