how to make custom relationships?

HI,
When i create relationship which totaly create by manualy i click on create button (in email subpanel) it give me error

Notice: Undefined index: Emails in /opt/lampp/htdocs/CRM/include/EditView/EditView2.php on line 158

I don't understand where i have to change this Emails index.
