How to validate the user password in user module.

Hi All,
I want to validate the password field while creating the user,

Is there way to restrict the admin user to put the particular password that is having the special character, that is the SugarCRM standard password like(Nimda=321) or else????

Can I do this through the admin panel, If yes then where do I find the option for this change?????

What I need to do is to validate the password field in the instance
Suppose if some one creating the user and when he/she entering the wrong password I mean to say if he/she not follow the SugarCRM standard password(like Nimda=321) then I want to show one message that should tell the user to fill proper password or standard password...

I thing that is the better way to restrict user to use the proper standard SugarCRM password format.
