i want to change edit dashlet popup window

hi all,

i want to change GUI of edit dashlet were i want two check box and one dropdown but it not effect other dashlet edit window...........so pls guide me.

In admin->Studio->Meetings->Layouts->Sugar Dashlet->Sugar Dashlet ListView/Search you can edit this dashlet and its search panel.
