Integrate SugarCRM to proprietary system

Hi

Could someone please let me know what is the best way to integrate an existing users database to SugarCRM? So whenever someone does something on our proprietary system, it will automatically update in SugarCRM and vice versa.

Also is it easy to write an extension and plug it into SugarCRM?

My company is looking at varous CRM solutions in the market and I am very interested in SugarCRM.

plz use the import facility provided in diffrent modules in sugar crm appilcation for the same as the data will be automatically inserted into the database doing so

i'm working on a similar problem using another way.

You have to got access to the databases (in sugar you already have) to run some jobs to synchronise data. From now it looks like i'll synchronise data directly between the databases without using some import or export functions.
