Issue loading any module in 6.3.1

Hello.

I'm just installed the version 6.3.1, and the modules like Leads, Contacts and so on doesn't load, SugarCRM just shows me a white panel with the text: {"content":" as the image attached.

The log file in FATAL mode shows me:
Tue Jan 17 23:17:01 2012 [25631][-none-][FATAL] Configuration variable date.timezone is not set, guessed timezone America/Chicago. Please set date.timezone="America/Chicago" in php.ini!

I edited the php.ini but the message still appears.

Thanks André for helping.

I used the 'inspect element' in google chrome and it show me this:

And looks like some of permission of the file.

i revised and the permissión was 660, i changed it to 644 and is fine now.
