Managing multiple real estate sites using CRM

Hi

We are looking to use SugarCRM for lead management. Current we have five different real estate sites and all these sites are managed by different real-estate companies. In the sugar CRM we are trying to track the activity of all our registered customers


Now the problem is

1)All the user information from the five sites are stored in one database orgganized by cities

2) We Need different real estate companies to manage their own leads through sugar crm

Ho can we seperate the data and only allow real estate companies to view their own site leads.

Really appreciate any help on this
