Many-to-Many relationship setup

Hi,

I created Many-to-Many relationship between Users and Projects. As a result, corresponding sub-panels are created.

While a User can belong to different Projects, he can play a different role in different projects.
Is there any way for the user to define a different role for different project?

This seems to be one of the most difficult things to set up in SugarCRM - which is strange since real world relationships vary in role and strength and you would expect a relationship manager to make both easy to set up and track.
