Hi

I have done a couple of upgrades from 6.1 - 6.2 and 6.2 - 6.3 and 6.2 - 6.4 in ALL cases the admin user has the group modules tab style menu but no other other user including admin users has it.

The grouped module check box just is not there when editing any other user.

Has anyone come across this?
