Module development steps

I have done with Hello world simple module development I got which files are required to develop custom module but i want the exact procedure to carry out while developing custom module which file should be developed first than what just the steps

This depends on what you want to do with the new module.

The simplest way to get a new module running is to use the Module Builder tool in admin section. If you need special customizations (those you could not do in Module Builder/Studio) you could do them afterwards in the automatically created module files. This approach does not fit for all needs but will be the best in most cases I think.
