in my notes subpanel not show data but there is data in table?

hi all,
i done relationships between contacts and notes ...............it show me notes subpanel in contacts detailsview..............it also create relationship table in database...........but when i create notes in subpanel it store in ralationship table and notes table but not show in notes subpanel........

hey dude,
i think issue is something different.
It's actually not inserting values in relationship table.
current contact id is not present in relationship table.

whatever data inserted in relationship table everything is correct only issue is not show that data in notes subpanel..............
