    Default "Sent email" as a trigger in workflow

    Hello,

    We'd like to create a workflow in which the "Last Contact Date" field in the "Leads" module is updated when an email is sent to the lead.

    Is there any way we caen establish a sent email as a trigger in a workflow for actions to be taken?

    Maybe trigger it off a new Email record being created, with the $date_sent field being completed?
