sub panel save: blank screen

Hi All,

I am having a issue in sub panel, In local instance when i create records from the subpanel and click on save button it is working fine, but in live instance, when a record is created in subpanel it shows blank screen.

when i click on the back button i find the record has been created, and after that we are able to create as many records as required.

once I log out and log in again i find the same error with the first record only.

Anybody please help me to get out of this problem
