sugarCRM Coding Flow

Hi All,

I want to understand the coding formats of sugarCRM. Basically i want to know,

1.when i login into the sugar CRM application, which is the function or class is first calling to execute and what the other file is executing(Priority wise)?

2.CRM Open Source Business & Social CRM Software - SugarCRM explain how the code is flow using this URL.

3. How can i understand the flow of code in a simple manner.?

Best way I can suggest to follow the flow is just run Sugar through the debugger and step through it. If your debugger has a "stop at first line" option, enable it so the debugger will break at the first line.

Is there any tool for debugging the application.? Now i am trying to understand using FireBug application but i cannot find out the exact flow. Please tell me is there any tool for this?... .
