where database request is generated ?

Hi,
I'm a beginner in sugar, and I read the developper zone documentation.
I take a project done with SugarCRM.
In fact it is a plugin to add sugar added to a profil between contact and company.
I noticed a bug in a SQL query: when selecting multiple contacts and we want to make a "addToTargetList" was an error on the SQL query as the orderby clause is "ambigous".
I wanted to fix this, but I can not find where build SQL queries ...
I read all the doc develop, but it remains unclear.
Can you help me ?
I debug step by step with eclipse and i see the problem is in the $_SESSION variable, but i don't know where this variable is populate...

What is the version of your SugarCRM instance?

You could take a look in error web server log's error file.
Normally that file shows the file name and line number where this error happens. Then this way you probably can track its root cause.

I use SugarCRM 5.5.4.
I have find where the error is expected !
And a lot of request are generated in data/sugarbean.php
