Hi all,

I created one custom module using Sugar 6.0 but when i access through admin as well as user it will show below message..
"You do not have access to this area. Contact your site administrator to obtain access."

Can any one guide me why this is happening?

Do you have any is_admin calls in the code? Perhaps one of those isn't right...

Did you try a role repair ?

Admin --> Repair --> Repair Roles

Hi,

You should check your ACL : go to admin->users and choose the user you are trying to access the module with and make sure he can acces the module : maybe a specific role assigned to this user prevented him to access.
