End of Version Plan for 4.5.1, 5.0.0, 5.1.0 & 5.2.0

As you are aware, SugarCRM regularly retires older versions of the Sugar application in order to be able to focus on delivering high quality in the latest and upcoming product releases.

The Sugar End of Version plan applies to all editions of the Sugar application, along with the Sugar Plug-ins and extensions.

After the End of Version dates below have passed, SugarCRM will no longer provide customer support, maintenance patches or bug fixes for the listed versions. It is recommended that Community members using the affected versions upgrade to the most current versions.

• 4.5.1 -- September 30, 2009
• 5.0.0 -- January 31, 2010
• 5.1.0 -- March 31, 2010
• 5.2.0 -- December 31, 2010

Note: Versions earlier than 4.5.1 are no longer supported at this time.

RedHat - also a startup some few years ago have and still provide a "end of life" of 7-10 years for their software !

What is Sugar's new official time-of-life policy now ?
