We are doing a big push internally to make finding information about SugarCRM, SugarCRM administration, and SugarCRM development easier. One of the most common complaints we get is that there are too many places users have to visit to find the information they need. The first big change is that we have taken down the wiki and replaced it with our knowledge base. If you access the wiki right now, we will redirect you to the KB. We are pushing out a lot of new articles to the KB as part of this process. We may have missed something that you used to find valuable. Let us know and we will put out a new KB article on the topic. We would also love to get your feedback on better ways of getting the information that you need in your hands.

On the developer side we have been pushing out a ton of new articles to the developer blog at http://developers.sugarcrm.com/wordpress/ check them out. A lot of them are focusing on web services. We have also pushed out a new ruby gem to make connecting to SugarCRM from ruby much easier. You can read about it in the developer blog.

Thank You,
Majed Itani
