We are currently looking for outstanding, talented Technical Support Engineers based in our Munich office. If you have worked with SugarCRM or believe you have the skills and experience we are looking for, then we want YOU!!
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation, implementation, and production issues
• Diagnose, prioritize and resolve support issues
• Manage customer support interactions to a positive and best possible resolution, always focused on delivering world-class customer support
• Manage incoming cases via phone, email or from the web portal.
Qualifications:
• Must be knowledgeable in PHP and SQL
• Prefer 2 years experience with the Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP) technology stack
• Experience with open source web-based applications
• Experience with other CRM solutions desired
• Must be fast learning and quick thinking
• Must work well in a team environment
• Experience with open source projects desirable
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft IIS desired
