I used SugarCRM a few years ago having set it up for a small manufacturing company that I worked for for a few years. A great CRM solution, I'm back again recommending and selling SuragCRM to clients. But I'm a hands-on kind of guy, so I am here to get my hands dirty with the system so I know it as well as I can to be of the greatest possible benefit to my clients.
