Bug Tracker upgrade
Hello,
It's obvious SugarCRM is getting bigger and better every day, but the process can be sped up by upgrading to a better Bug Tracker.
What is wrong with the current one?
- it's plain text, no formatting options
- impossible to add screenshots or attachments from the 'New Case' screen
- no subscribing option. I cannot track my own bugs and be notified directly in my inbox about the updates
- search wont let me select multiple versions when i'm searching something like 'opportunity'
- i want to see who is the person responsible for solving my reported bugs
What are the alternatives
