Bug Tracker upgrade

Hello,

It's obvious SugarCRM is getting bigger and better every day, but the process can be sped up by upgrading to a better Bug Tracker.

What is wrong with the current one?
- it's plain text, no formatting options
- impossible to add screenshots or attachments from the 'New Case' screen
- no subscribing option. I cannot track my own bugs and be notified directly in my inbox about the updates
- search wont let me select multiple versions when i'm searching something like 'opportunity'
- i want to see who is the person responsible for solving my reported bugs

What are the alternatives

Serb I think you have some good ideas, especially regarding screenshots.

However I do think its easier to follow updated topics than you believe - did you try customizing your user panel options?

I can follow my own topics on this forum, but not the bugs updates on SugarCRM Bug Tracker http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/support/bugs.html?&task=new

In the user panel http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/user i don't see any option regarding what we've discussed above.
