bugs.sugarcrm.com too slow to use

Hello,

Bug reporting is very difficult for sugar ATM.
A big problem is that bugs.sugarcrm.com is very slow and the search is sometimes even down.
The slow search is a real pain as its takes ages to verify if a bug was reported already.
A much faster search is needed and it would help if the search results could be listed including the top part of the description.
So that someone could easely verify if the bug to be reported is included in the search results.

In addittion I noticed that the bug report tool strips certain characters which makes explaining the bug often more difficult.
And the bug report tool even crashes when the bug included certain characters.
I noticed that when I tried to report some encoding bugs.


Please be so kind to fix this as its currently very difficult to make sure that a bug is not entered as double.

OK, mycrmspacegunnar, I'll queue-up a refresh effort on bugs.s.c as it has been a while since we've focused on it.

It is trolling through quite a bit of data, and the connection to our bug tracking system could be faster. When I have a chance, I'll see about adding some optimizations.
