When I try to upload a new file release (less than 1MB), using either the HTML form or selecting a file I uploaded via FTP, I get the below error:

File cannot be moved to the permanent location:/var/www/online/sugarforge_shared/uploads//ziger/DataSyncSuite/1.5.1/datasync-suite-1.5.1.tgz

Please help me to post this new release. Thank you.
