Can't control my projects

I am Nguyen Thanh Hai, from Vietnamese, I have just create a project, its unix name is 'vietnam'. So, I can't control all of functions in my project. It notes that: "This project's administrator will have to grant you permission to view this page".
What can I do to show this problems.
