    Default On-Demand forum

    Hi all,

    My company is using the on-demand version of SugarCRM Pro. Most of the posts I have seen these past few weeks are dedicated to those users that host their own Sugar, not those of us that are paying for the "hosted" edition. Is there a lot of interest in doing this, or are we one of the only companies using the software in this format?

    Thanks,
    John

    Hi jcrutchfield@nmxs.com, rest assured you're not the only customer on Sugar OnDemand!! Sugar OnDemand is a large and growing part of our business. Because it's a managed service there naturally will be less commentary arising from installation and other details that our OnDemand team covers as part of the service.

    I'll leave it to others to chime in if a dedicated forum is warranted for Sugar OnDemand users.

    Angry Re: On-Demand forum

    I'm also joining to the opinion that SugarOnDemand forum should be established.
    For example, there are too many threads about Report Scheduler. But I've not found HOW-TO about Report Schedulers in the OnDemand version. This feature is not working. But there is darkly phrase under Admin->Schedulers:"Add this line to your crontab:
    * * * * * cd /var/www/html/mysugar; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1".

    I have no options to modify crontab in the OnDemand version!!! How can I do it???

    May be you are right...

    But clicking the link you've provided I have been received following message:

    Ah, it appears we may need an on-demand forum for Open Source. The link I provided you is to access the OD forum available to Sugar Pro and Ent customers.
