Forum restructuring

We're considering a restructuring of the forum topics (e.g., "Open Source Forums") and the forums within the topics (e.g., "Help", "General Discussion").

Do you have thoughts on what you'd like to see differently? Forums that we should create that don't yet exist, or others we should take away and possibly collapse under new or existing forums?

Andy,

I'd like to propose following things.

1. Integrating the "Feature Requests" forum with the "Business Discussion" forums. These will be the places to discuss the future direction of SugarCRM.

2. Adding the "Technical Feature Requests" forum in the Business Discussion forums.

3. The "Developers" forum should be expanded to include more specific forums like "Studio", "Code Customization", "Add-on Module Development", "Integrating with external systems", "Tech Document", "Performance Tips", etc.

4. The Help forum should be expanded to include more specific forums like "Installation", "Upgrade", "Using SugarCRM", "Administration", "Moving from other CRMs", "Plug-ins", etc.

Yes - 'help' and 'general discussions' seem to be treated as the same.- perhaps a more global support forum with the suggested subgroups and general discussion could be moved into the lounge
