Forums tweaks

I've been tweaking the Forums a bit:

• The title no longer contains the "powered by vBulletin" phrase (better for bookmarks)
• New threads will have a "Similar threads" box displayed for convenient access to threads containing similar content as the just-posted thread
• I've added events to the calendar. These will appear at the bottom of the screen and also on the calendar once we enable its display. So far, Sugar Dev-User Group events are the only events tracked.

We've also set up Quick Reply. On any given post, hit the new Quick Reply icon (shown here, on the right).

And a list of active users that are viewing the thread.
