    Default Permanently adjust notification type

At present every time I post I have to select "Instant E-mail Notification" whenever I post a new topic. Is there a way to set this setting permanently? I've tried "My Account" but that just gives me other information regarding a Sugar purchase I made. Please help.

Hi eugenevdm, this is enabled through your User CP -> Edit Options but I set it for you already. Now, every time you reply in a thread, you'll get an instant email whenever that thread contains a new reply.
