Please improve the bug-tracker

Just had a bug report changed to duplicate:

But no link was given to the existing bug.

But most importantly, trying to search for it comes back with nothing.

I've tried searching just keywords individually on "user", "popup", "inactive" and "select" but neither of these return any bugs whatsoever.

An improved search - something like the one available in the forums - or using a standard open source bug-tracker would be a great improvement.

Yes, I also think there is some room for improvement here:

- sometimes submitting a new bug doesn't work properly (error message like "Please enter a valid bug number" returns)
- keyword search not working properly (not even in the subject)
- cannot search by type (Defect or Feature)
- long and very long access times (10 seconds and even more to search or open a bug)
- "My Bugs" list empty but there are several bugs posted and some of them still open (already filed as a bug)

Something very strange is going on - 'my bugs' doesn't work either now.
