Every time I try it I get a 403 error message

If ther is no php code in it I can reply.

We are working on this now. New mod_sec rules have gone into place and we have tightened down too much.

What would be helpful is if you guys posted a file attachment to this thread with what you tried to post directly in the forums. That way our network admin can look it over and see how he needs to tweak our mod_sec rules.

Hi,
We can't access any part of the sugarcrm website - everything returns a 403 forbidden error.
I have had to use another ISP to get through.
Interestingly enough the sugarcrm sites seems to reject our connections that are sent from NATted addresses via a transparent web proxy (worked prior to the 12th).
Connections not from the proxy and on a public address go through.
Can you guys please urgently look at this.
