OK, stevec, we'll check into this.
Do you happen to know when this started? I wonder if it's somehow related to the cutover we did a few weeks back.

Hi,
Not sure when it started - and if it's affected a lost of threads. I'm definitely getting notifications on threads I've subscribed to recently. 1 to 3 weeks seems appropriate.
We looked at the issue yesterday and could not reproduce it ... yet.
On threads you'd expect to be subscribed to by virtue of posting a reply (like this one!), when you visit the thread and use the Thread Tools menu, do you see "Unsubscribe from this Thread" or do you see "Subscribe to this Thread"?
I see your notification preference in User CP -> Edit Options is set to Instant Notification where mine is Daily Email Notification. Others that are experiencing the problem -- what is your setting?
Finally, from the Department of the Obvious, is your email address correct in your User CP?

Email etc is all fine - I'm getting instant emails saying this thread has been added to!
It's just that one thread I'm aware of it happening too - and I suspect older ones too.
With that thread in particular, I am subscribed - it's entry in the list view has the red check-mark and within the thread itself, the unsubscribe option is available. others subscribed to that thread are posting that they've missed updates to it and only noticed it had been added to when they were browsing.
OK, so this thread is apparently causing problems (the thread you mention earlier). But your post mentions "several threads". Are there others you're aware of that I can use to drill down?
In the meantime I'll use the thread above to try to reproduce the problem.
