I am in the process of forming a company to repair PCs.
I have implemented the community ed on a local machine using a wamp server to assess it's suitability.

Can someone please give a process flow of let's say the following scenario:
Call comes in, call is documented, service is scheduled with the client's address and other details entered, client is added to customer base client is emailed from CRM for feedback. What are the steps you would follow to implement these tasks in SugarCRM CE 6.5.16?

Also can you recommend suitable add-on modules for a business that will specialise in the following areas either chargeable or free:

Software (including help-desk tickets) and web development, PBX and VOIP, Computer Repair, Networking and training (including scheduling of resources.
