Apologies if there is a more appropriate place to post this message- I'm new here.

I'd love to see a plugin for Sugar that would flesh out as much address information as possible based on the area code and display the current local time next to the lead in the results.

We have USA and international leads coming in with no address (phone number only). It takes a significant amount of time now to go through each lead, determine the country code or USA area code, figure out the time zone and make a determination whether they can be called immediately or queued for a call later. It would be huge if a plugin were created that appended geographic info and also displayed the current local time of the call recipient and then allowed me to filter results based on a local time window I specify.

I've looked but found nothing along these lines. Is anyone aware of such a thing? Has Sugar the company considered making a "pledgebank" type bounty system for the development of plugins that are requested?
