SugarCon 2009 is just a short six weeks away. Who is coming?

I just heard today from eggsurplus that he will be there. Very cool. Just leave that Wisconsin snow at home!

Unfortunately andopes won't be coming, but for a great reason. He is getting married in January and will be on his honeymoon during SugarCon. Congratulations! I guess taking your wife to San Francisco for a software conference for your honeymoon just didn't fly? Too bad.

kbrill will be there of course as he is now on the Sugar Team. He will be giving a talk on building language packs. Be sure to send him your best tips and tricks.

Superman says he won't be able to make it either as the travel is too much coming all the way from Kazakhstan. We would love to see you though!

Are you going to make it? SugarCon promises to be a HUGE event this year. We've got several hundred sign-ups already and we expect the vast majority still to come.

SugarCon has a three day line-up of very informative sessions and some fun activities planned after hours. It's a great excuse to plan a trip San Francisco and meet the rest of the Sugar Community.

We just got almost a foot of snow here in Michigan, so SanFran is looking better by the minute.
I am looking forward to getting some new ideas at the conference and learning about multinational implementations. I'll be speaking there as well about our implementation at ThyssenKrupp System Engineering in North America. See you there.

Hi Clint,

Yes. I'm coming all the way from Bristol, UK. We're in the process of swapping from Goldmine (12,000 contacts, 200,000 history items) and Request Tracker (1,100 open cases, 25,000 closed cases) to Sugar. Timeframe is by end of Feb, so SugarCon is perfect timing.

Looking forward to spending three days absorbed in Sugar and coming back with additional ideas on what we can do going forward.
