attachments:

i'm using the outlook plugin from sugar, and create new records for 'cases' with it from an email. Works all fine, but i want the attachments from them mail included into the case record. is that possible? i now add the attachments manually from the web in history.

priority and status:

i have changed the values in sugar of both these fields. But the outlook plugin still shows the original values. how can this be updated?
